Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Structural Draftsman with expertise in Structural Steel Projects to prepare accurate fabrication and construction drawings. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and Tekla Structures, with experience in structural detailing for Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Commercial, and Residential Projects. The role involves preparing fabrication drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed structural steel drawings using AutoCAD and Tekla Structures.
Develop Fabrication Drawings, General Arrangement (GA) Drawings, and Connection Drawings.
Coordinate structural drawings with other engineering disciplines.
Review project inputs and evaluate design information.
Prepare and maintain Requests for Information (RFI) documentation.
Generate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs.
Ensure drawings comply with client specifications, project requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and clients to resolve technical issues.
Maintain drawing revisions and engineering documentation.
Stay updated with the latest structural drafting technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
ITI – Civil / Mechanical
Diploma – Civil / Mechanical
B.Tech – Civil / Mechanical
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Structural Steel Projects.
