Key Responsibilities
Operate and support production and manufacturing processes.
Perform machine operation, assembly, or shop-floor activities as assigned.
Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and comply with safety standards.
Conduct basic inspections to ensure product quality.
Report machine issues or production defects to supervisors.
Assist in routine maintenance and process improvements.
Work collaboratively with production and quality teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME), ITI (All Trades), or 10th/12th pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
