Job Summary

Achievers Spot is hiring Medical Coders to accurately convert patient medical records, diagnoses, procedures, and treatments into standardized medical codes used for billing, insurance claims, reimbursement, and healthcare documentation. Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, a good understanding of medical terminology, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Convert diagnoses, treatments, and procedures into standardized medical codes (ICD, CPT, HCPCS).
Ensure accurate coding for insurance claims, billing, and reimbursement.
Verify medical documentation to support assigned codes.
Maintain coding quality while adhering to industry standards and coding guidelines.
Protect the confidentiality of patient health information.
Meet productivity and quality targets established by the organization.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
Update coding knowledge by staying informed about changes in coding standards and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
Eligible graduates from Life Science, Allied Health Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Paramedical, or other relevant healthcare disciplines.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
