Job Summary

BalMed Health Care Solutions is hiring Pharmacists for leading retail pharmacy chains in Bengaluru. This opportunity is suitable for both freshers and experienced pharmacy professionals who are passionate about delivering quality pharmaceutical care and customer service. The selected candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients, managing pharmacy inventory, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Dispense prescribed medications accurately in accordance with doctors’ prescriptions.
Verify prescriptions for completeness, dosage accuracy, drug interactions, and contraindications.
Counsel patients on proper medication usage, dosage schedules, storage, precautions, and possible side effects.
Provide health and wellness advice to customers on over-the-counter (OTC) medications and basic healthcare products.
Maintain adequate inventory levels and monitor stock movement.
Check expiry dates and ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and controlled medications.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding prescriptions when necessary.
Handle customer queries professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on new medicines, treatment guidelines, and regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications
D.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy.
State Registered Pharmacist Certificate (Mandatory).
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Age up to 35 years.
Male and Female candidates are eligible.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
