Mandatory Requirements
Experience in Liver Transplant ICU is mandatory.
Valid Nursing Council Registration is mandatory.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver specialized nursing care to liver transplant patients in the ICU.
Continuously monitor critically ill patients and record vital signs.
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and prescribed treatments.
Assist transplant surgeons and intensivists during patient care and emergency situations.
Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and patient monitoring systems.
Identify changes in patient condition and promptly escalate to the medical team.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and electronic patient records.
Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and transplant care protocols.
Educate patients and caregivers regarding post-transplant care and recovery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
