Job Summary – Process Specialist (Technical Support – Cloud Environment)

Position: Process Specialist – Technical Support (Cloud Environment)
Location: Hyderabad / Coimbatore
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for cloud-based environments and enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to web protocols such as HTTPS, DNS, and SSL/TLS.
Diagnose and resolve application, API, Active Directory, and command-line related issues.
Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis for customer incidents.
Support Windows and Linux environments using command-line tools.
Work with SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues within SLA.
Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
Participate in rotational and night shifts as required.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Cloud Support, or System Administration.
Strong understanding of:
HTTPS
DNS
SSL/TLS
Hands-on experience with:
APIs
SQL
Active Directory
Windows/Linux command-line tools
Knowledge of:
Email routing
Log analysis
Issue troubleshooting
Exposure to scripting languages such as:
Python
JavaScript
HTML
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts.

CompTIA Network+
CompTIA Security+
CompTIA Linux+
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cloud or technical support.
