Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Finance & Accounts to lead the finance and accounting functions of a textile manufacturing company. The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, corporate finance, management reporting, and regulatory compliance while working closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts Leadership
Lead and supervise the Accounts and Finance department.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial controls.
Establish and improve financial policies and procedures.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Corporate Finance
Manage corporate finance activities and financial planning.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
Support strategic financial decision-making.
Assist management in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Financial Reporting & MIS
Prepare and review Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Analyze financial performance and provide business insights.
Present financial reports to senior management.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory regulations.
Oversee tax, financial, and corporate compliance requirements.
Maintain compliance with regulatory authorities.
Ensure timely statutory filings and documentation.
ROC Compliance
Ensure compliance with Registrar of Companies (ROC) regulations.
Coordinate statutory filings and corporate governance requirements.
Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with:
Statutory Auditors
Internal Auditors
Bankers
Financial Institutions
Regulatory Authorities
Facilitate audits and ensure timely resolution of audit observations.
Leadership & Management
Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Directors.
Provide financial guidance to senior management.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Drive continuous process improvements within the finance function.

Be a qualified CA and CS.
Have extensive experience managing finance and accounting operations.
Possess strong knowledge of statutory regulations and ROC compliance.
Be experienced in MIS reporting, corporate finance, and financial planning.
Demonstrate the ability to coordinate effectively with auditors, bankers, regulators, and senior leadership.
Have prior experience leading finance teams within a manufacturing environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual CTC: ₹9 Lakhs – ₹12 Lakhs (based on experience and qualifications)
