Job Summary

We are hiring CNC Operator / Sheet Metal Fabrication Trainees for our manufacturing facility in Thirumudivakkam, Chennai. This opportunity is ideal for 12th Pass male candidates who are interested in starting a career in CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication. No prior experience or technical skills are required, as training will be provided.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass
Gender: Male Candidates Only
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
No prior CNC or fabrication experience is required.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in CNC machine operations.
Support sheet metal fabrication and production activities.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Perform basic quality checks under supervision.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow production schedules, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
Learn CNC machining and fabrication processes through on-the-job training.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on skills, experience, and interview performance).
