Job Summary

Newtech Auto Components Pvt. Ltd. is looking for CNC & VMC Machine Operators to join its manufacturing team. This role is ideal for freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in CNC machining, VMC operations, and precision manufacturing. Candidates will be responsible for machine setup, programming support, and machining operations while ensuring productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines.
Install cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
Perform machine calibration before production.
Interpret and execute G-Code and M-Code programs.
Configure machines for multi-axis and multi-face machining operations.
Perform machining processes including:
Milling
Drilling
Tapping
Face Milling
Secure parts and tooling in horizontal spindle setups.
Monitor machine performance and optimize machining efficiency.
Ensure product quality by following production and inspection standards.
Maintain workplace safety and machine cleanliness.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
10th Pass
12th Pass
ITI
Diploma
Any Graduate
Age: 18–35 Years
Gender: Male Candidates
Experience: Freshers to 4 years.
Diploma holders will be given preference.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of CNC and VMC machine operations.
Understanding of G-Code and M-Code programming.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
