Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components while ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines according to production specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and precision.
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
Select and optimize tooling and cutting parameters for efficient machining.
Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy and quality.
Identify and resolve production issues such as tool wear, machine malfunctions, and quality deviations.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Collaborate with supervisors and production teams to meet manufacturing targets.
Required Skills
Proficiency in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines.
Good understanding of CNC control panels, tool changers, and work-holding devices.
Knowledge of machining principles, tooling concepts, and cutting parameters.
Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
Ability to identify and resolve machining and production issues.
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and preventive care.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform manual tasks.
Understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of engineering drawings and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to work independently while maintaining production quality and efficiency.
