Job Summary

We are looking for CNC, VMC, and HMC Operators to join our production team. This opportunity is ideal for ITI Fitter freshers as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build their careers in CNC machining and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC, VMC, and HMC machines as per production requirements.
Perform in-process inspections and accurately record inspection results.
Verify product quality throughout the production process.
Ensure the correct raw material is loaded before machining operations.
Store finished components in designated locations.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around machines.
Ensure proper identification and traceability of materials and components.
Complete daily preventive maintenance checklists.
Update hourly production monitoring sheets.
Follow 5S and workplace safety practices.
Required Qualifications
ITI – Fitter qualification.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
Basic understanding of CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
Willingness to learn and work in a production environment.
Good discipline, teamwork, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of CNC, VMC, or HMC machine operations.
Familiarity with quality inspection procedures.
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement practices.
