Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Game Developer with 3+ years of professional game development experience to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain gameplay systems, mechanics, tools, and features using Unity (C#), Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints), or custom game engines. You will collaborate closely with designers, artists, and developers to create engaging, high-quality gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain gameplay systems, mechanics, and tools.
Implement engaging gameplay features using Unity, Unreal Engine, or custom engines.
Optimize game performance and memory usage across PC, Console, and Mobile platforms.
Debug and resolve technical issues while ensuring high-quality code.
Contribute to game architecture and system-level design decisions.
Work closely with designers, artists, QA, and development teams.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile development processes.
Mentor junior developers and promote coding best practices.
Ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in game development.
Proficiency in Unity (C#), Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints), or custom game engines.
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and game programming patterns.
Experience shipping at least one commercial game title.
Hands-on experience with:
Physics systems
Animation systems
AI programming
UI development
Input systems
Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multiplayer networking (Photon, Mirror, Unreal Networking).
Knowledge of shaders, graphics pipelines, or VFX.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or game analytics.
Contributions to open-source projects or participation in game jams.
