Job Summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence is looking for a Data Scientist to develop innovative machine learning solutions for the Maritime and Trade domain. The role involves building scalable AI/ML products, leading analytical projects, working with geospatial and large-scale datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute advanced analytics and machine learning projects.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable data science solutions.
Build predictive models, forecasting models, and AI-driven products.
Apply statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements.
Handle project planning, stakeholder management, and timely delivery.
Work with structured, semi-structured, unstructured, and geospatial datasets.
Research and implement innovative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions.
Lead technical discussions and mentor junior data scientists.
Build end-to-end ML solutions from requirement gathering through deployment and monitoring.
