Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Linux & DevOps Lead/Manager to lead a team of DevOps engineers responsible for Linux server administration, cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD implementation, and system reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Linux administration, cloud platforms, containerization, automation tools, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Linux Administration
Install, configure, and manage Linux servers (Red Hat, Ubuntu, etc.).
Perform server administration, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
Monitor server health and optimize infrastructure performance.
Cloud Infrastructure
Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on:
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Microsoft Azure
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Build scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments.
Optimize cloud resources for cost and performance.
DevOps & CI/CD
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Automate software build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
Improve software delivery through DevOps best practices.
Automation
Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using:
Ansible
Jenkins
Puppet
Chef
Develop scripts to improve operational efficiency.
Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices where applicable.
Containerization
Build and manage containerized applications using Docker.
Work with Kubernetes and other container orchestration technologies.
Maintain container environments across development and production.
Infrastructure Management
Design and manage cloud-based applications.
Maintain enterprise IT infrastructure.
Ensure infrastructure scalability and resilience.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Monitor system health and infrastructure performance.
Troubleshoot Linux, cloud, application, and network issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Linux and DevOps engineers.
Allocate tasks and monitor project delivery.
Promote DevOps best practices across the organization.
