Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Civil Architect to design and oversee residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will prepare architectural designs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct site inspections, and ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design architectural plans for buildings and civil infrastructure projects.
Develop design concepts that align with client requirements, budgets, and regulatory standards.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and specifications using CAD software.
Conduct site visits, surveys, and feasibility assessments.
Coordinate with civil engineers, structural engineers, contractors, and project managers throughout project execution.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
Estimate project costs and support budget planning.
Manage project schedules, resources, and design deliverables.
Review and ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Provide technical guidance to junior architects and design team members.
Attend client meetings and present design proposals and project updates.
Resolve design-related issues during construction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in architectural design and construction projects is preferred.
