Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Engineer to manage on-site project execution, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in site supervision, planning, procurement, and client coordination while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and other project resources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Attend site meetings and provide project progress updates.
Plan and procure project materials as per site requirements.
Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Prepare site reports, material reports, and project documentation.
Identify and resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
Ensure timely completion of assigned project milestones.
Required Qualifications
B.E. or Diploma in:
Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
Instrumentation & Control Engineering (ICE)
Mechanical Engineering (ME)
Minimum 2 years of experience in site handling and project execution.
