Position: Quantity Surveyor (Junior & Senior)

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Experience
8–12 years
Salary
₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month
Notice Period
15–30 days preferred
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings.
Develop detailed cost estimates and BOQs.
Perform rate analysis and cost planning.
Coordinate procurement activities with vendors and suppliers.
Monitor material consumption and stock reconciliation.
Verify contractor and subcontractor bills.
Assist in contract administration and project documentation.
Track project costs and support budget control.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and project managers.
Prepare project reports and billing documentation.
Additional Requirement
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Junior Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings.
Assist in preparing BOQs and cost estimates.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors.
Support billing, measurement verification, and reporting.
Assist with procurement coordination.
Maintain project documentation and records.
Monitor material usage and support cost control activities.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in Residential and Commercial Building Projects.
