Position: Maintenance Engineer / Engineering Graduate

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹25,500 per month

Job Summary

The organization is looking for Engineering graduates and diploma holders to join its technical team. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting operations, and improving overall operational efficiency while working in a collaborative environment.

Eligible Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering in any of the following disciplines:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
Automobile Engineering
Information Technology / Software Engineering
Research & Development
Chemical Engineering
Petroleum Engineering
Solar Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Civil Engineering
Fire & Safety Engineering
Or an equivalent engineering qualification
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or technical issues.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Teamwork and communication skills.
