Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for renewable energy solutions.
Identify target industries and prospective clients through market research.
Generate and maintain a qualified lead database.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and external agencies.
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
Present the company’s renewable energy solutions to key decision-makers.
Follow up on leads, handle objections, and convert opportunities into business.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including proposal submission, negotiation, and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) closure.
Maintain long-term client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Stay updated on renewable energy market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments.
Eligibility
BE/B.Tech (Electrical, Power, Energy, or related discipline preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
Business Development experience is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel across India.
