Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and acquire IT software development projects.
Generate new business opportunities across:
Europe
USA
India
GCC
Build relationships with:
CXOs
Decision-makers
IT leaders
Drive sales for IT services and digital transformation solutions.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
Build and lead a business development team.
Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and manage escalations.
Prepare quarterly sales forecasts and business growth plans.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in:
IT Business Development
IT Project Sales
Account Management
Strong understanding of software technologies such as:
Java
ERP/CRM
Mobile Applications
Quality Assurance (QA)
Experience selling IT services and software solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proven ability to acquire and close enterprise IT projects.
Preferred Experience

Candidates with client networks or experience in the following technologies are highly preferred:

Oracle
Salesforce
SAP
Cybersecurity
Microsoft Technologies
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
