Role Overview

Experience
2–8 years of experience in any field sales role.
BFSI/Insurance Sales experience is preferred.
Candidates should have a stable career history.
All educational and experience documents must be available.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a sales team.
Achieve annual business and sales targets with team support.
Meet customers in the field to generate business.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Drive business development and revenue growth.
