Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, and managing the sales team to achieve business objectives. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, improving team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Achieve planned sales goals and business targets.
Set individual sales targets for team members.
Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
Lead, supervise, and evaluate the sales team.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
Conduct ongoing training and coaching for sales executives.
Motivate and mentor the team to improve performance.
Promote the organization’s products and services.
Understand customer needs and align sales strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
Experience
Experience in sales strategy planning and execution.
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Experience managing and leading a sales team.

Salary
First 6 months: ₹12,500 per month
After successful completion of 6 months: ₹18,000 per month + Performance Variables
After 2 years: ₹4 LPA + Performance Variables
