Job Overview

Gartner is hiring Business Development Executives to drive new client acquisition and expand its presence in the Large Enterprise market. The role focuses on selling Gartner’s research, advisory, and consulting services to C-level executives, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new enterprise clients within the assigned territory.
Build trust-based relationships with C-level executives.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to contract closure.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
Conduct account planning and sales forecasting.
Collaborate with Account Management teams for smooth client transitions.
Travel as required for client meetings.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
5+ years of B2B sales experience.
Experience in business development and new client acquisition.
Proven experience selling to senior executives (CXO/C-level).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Experience managing complex enterprise sales.
