Jeevan Auto Motor Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Insurance Executives to join its two-wheeler dealership team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in automobile insurance. The selected candidate will assist customers with bike insurance renewals, new policy issuance, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with two-wheeler insurance policies and related services.
Process new bike insurance policies for customers purchasing two-wheelers.
Manage insurance renewal processes for existing customers.
Explain insurance products, policy benefits, and coverage details to customers.
Maintain accurate customer and policy records.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal departments for smooth policy processing.
Follow up with customers regarding policy renewals and documentation.
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service.
Achieve insurance sales and renewal targets.
Stay updated on insurance products, regulations, and dealership policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Any Degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in insurance or the automobile industry is an added advantage.
