Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients, managing key business accounts, and strengthening long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills to deliver customized business solutions and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and target potential B2B clients across assigned markets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend tailored business solutions.
Provide ongoing customer support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
Expand existing client accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Implement B2B sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market developments and recommend strategies to improve business performance.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
Work closely with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the product development team to support continuous improvement.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using CRM software.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
MBA is preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales.
Experience managing key accounts and handling complex sales processes is an advantage.
