Job Summary

More Retail Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associates (CSA) / Pickers to join its retail team. This role involves assisting customers, picking and packing products accurately, maintaining store operations, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed on shelves.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Support billing and checkout operations when required.
Monitor product availability and inform the supervisor about low stock.
Follow company policies and safety standards.
Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 10th Pass or above.
Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Gender: Male and Female candidates can apply.
Basic communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a retail environment and handle physical tasks.
Salary & Benefits
Take-home Salary: ₹13,500 per month.

Shift: Day Shift.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Working Days: 6 days a week.
