Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound cold calling, engaging prospective customers, understanding their business needs, and introducing the company’s products and services. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads based on defined criteria.
Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Customer Engagement
Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.
Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
Sales Support
Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls for the sales team.
Coordinate with business development representatives to ensure smooth lead handover.
Assist in achieving overall sales objectives.
Reporting & CRM
Maintain accurate call logs and customer interaction records.
Update CRM or internal systems with lead information.
Prepare daily and monthly activity reports.
Track progress against lead generation targets.
Qualifications
Education: Higher Secondary (HSC) or Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or cold calling.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
