Job Summary

Fleet Track Telematics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join its sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi or Telugu, be confident in interacting with customers, and have a strong interest in sales and customer relationship management. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales
Contact prospective and existing customers through phone calls and other communication channels.
Promote the company’s products and services effectively.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities.
Sales Coordination
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Update customer information in the company’s database or CRM system.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
Qualifications
Education: Any Degree.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Required Skills
Fluency in Hindi or Telugu (mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and relationship management.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Candidate Requirements
Gender: Male candidates only.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
Performance-based incentives.
