Job Summary

Skanda Squad is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executives to support retail sales and field marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to build positive customer relationships. Product and sales training will be provided to help candidates succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
Assist customers in understanding products and making purchase decisions.
Provide accurate product information and address customer queries.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Marketing & Field Activities
Promote company products through field sales and marketing activities.
Generate new customer leads and build relationships with prospective clients.
Support promotional campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
Store & Sales Operations
Perform day-to-day sales activities and maintain sales records.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Report customer feedback and market information to the management team.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or higher qualification.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales, retail, or field marketing.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Work Mode: On-site / Field Sales.
