Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales team while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the team’s overall performance aligns with the organization’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense management.
Establish sales objectives and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
Sales Performance Management
Set individual and team sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and track achievement against targets.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
Implement corrective actions to improve sales results when necessary.
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
Conduct product knowledge and sales skills training.
Foster a high-performance and customer-focused sales culture.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Handle escalated customer concerns and support the team in resolving issues.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Promote the company’s products and strengthen brand presence in the market.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
Experience in sales planning and strategy implementation.
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Proven experience leading and managing a sales team.

Salary & Benefits
Training Period (First 6 Months): ₹12,500 per month.
After Successful Completion of 6 Months: ₹18,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
After 2 Years: ₹4 LPA + performance-based incentives.

Work Schedule: As per company policy.
