The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, delivering exceptional customer service, managing financial performance, and leading the branch team to achieve business objectives while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations
Manage and supervise daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and industry regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Customer Service
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Handle customer concerns and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms and use insights to improve service quality.
Foster a customer-centric culture within the branch.
Financial Management
Manage branch budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Implement financial controls and cost-saving initiatives.
Analyze financial data to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and supervise branch employees.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
Promote a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
