Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Location: Perundhurai Road, Opposite Reliance Mall, Erode
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our women’s boutique in Erode. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with product selection, and contribute to creating a welcoming shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Welcome customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products and sizes.
Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
Resolve customer concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Sales Support
Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories.
Promote ongoing offers and new arrivals when appropriate.
Support the sales team in achieving store targets.
Store Operations
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the store.
Arrange merchandise neatly and replenish stock as required.
Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
Support daily store opening and closing activities.
Qualifications
Minimum educational qualification as per company requirements.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
