Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Collections Officers to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers looking to build a career in financial services. The successful candidate will be responsible for field collections, payment recovery, customer interactions, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities
Collections & Recovery
Visit customers in the field to collect outstanding payments.
Negotiate repayment plans in line with company policies.
Follow up regularly on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment recovery.
Meet assigned collection targets within specified timelines.
Customer Relationship Management
Communicate professionally with customers regarding pending dues.
Resolve payment-related queries and disputes effectively.
Maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring successful debt recovery.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
Update payment information promptly in the company’s reporting system.
Prepare collection reports and submit updates to management.
Risk Assessment & Compliance
Assess customer financial situations to recommend suitable repayment options.
Identify potential credit risks and escalate cases when necessary.
Ensure all collection activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Adhere to the organization’s ethical standards throughout the recovery process.
