Job Summary

LOTZ Wedding Center, a premium destination for luxury bridal and wedding wear, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless and memorable showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Welcome and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.
Understand customer requirements and guide them in selecting suitable products.
Deliver a premium in-store experience throughout the customer journey.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
Sales & Coordination
Coordinate with the sales and design teams to provide personalized customer service.
Assist customers during bridal trials and fittings with care and professionalism.
Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and conduct customer follow-ups.
Support the sales team in achieving showroom service excellence.
Administration & Showroom Management
Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details.
Perform basic administrative and front-office tasks.
Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Uphold the brand’s service standards and professional image.
Qualifications
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (+2), Diploma, or Any Graduate.
Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Friendly, courteous, and emotionally intelligent personality.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Professional appearance and well-groomed personality.
Basic computer and administrative skills.

Age: 21–35 years (Preferred).
