Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to generate business opportunities through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have prior telemarketing or sales experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Malayalam or Kannada to effectively engage with customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Promote the company’s products or services and explain their features and benefits.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
Achieve assigned sales and productivity targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Prepare daily call and sales activity reports.
Qualifications
Education: Any Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related sales role.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience is required.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Fluency in Malayalam or Kannada is mandatory.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Sales and negotiation abilities.
Time management and multitasking skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Eligibility
Preferred age: Above 30 years.
Female candidates are preferred.
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience).
