Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to streamline cross-functional operations and improve workflow efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations or coordination, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience with task management and collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Management
Collaborate with departments such as Production, Sales, HR, Design, and other teams to understand and document existing workflows.
Set up, maintain, and improve task tracking systems to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Develop and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor workflow processes and recommend continuous improvements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-department coordination.
Align tasks, priorities, and timelines across multiple teams.
Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure project completion.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution.
Reporting & Planning
Prepare and submit operational reports.
Track project progress and provide regular task updates.
Assist management with planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
Maintain accurate operational documentation and records.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Coordination, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and Notion.
Hands-on experience with Asana or similar project/task management platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
