Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Executive – Master Health Checkup to coordinate and manage the hospital’s Master Health Checkup program. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth patient journey by coordinating appointments, guiding patients throughout the checkup process, and working closely with medical and diagnostic teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and guide them through the Master Health Checkup process.
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow efficiently.
Act as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their visit.
Explain health checkup packages, procedures, and report collection processes.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory, radiology, and diagnostic departments to ensure timely completion of tests and consultations.
Address patient queries, concerns, and feedback professionally to enhance patient satisfaction.
Maintain accurate patient records and prepare daily operational reports.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information and compliance with hospital policies and healthcare standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
Required Qualifications
Education: MHA, MBA (Hospital Management), or equivalent specialization.
Experience: 1–5 years in hospital operations, patient care, or health checkup coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
