Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Home Loan Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the home loan industry and be capable of handling customer requirements related to home loan products, documentation, and loan processing while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with home loan inquiries and product information.
Guide customers through the home loan application process.
Collect, verify, and process customer documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding application status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned business and service targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience in the home loan industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of home loan products, documentation, and loan processing.
