Job Summary

Ultron Computers is seeking a friendly, customer-focused, and organized Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions and coordinate service requests. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth service experience from product submission through repair completion and delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Provide accurate information regarding repair services, timelines, and company policies.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the service process.
Service Coordination
Register customer complaints and create service tickets.
Coordinate with technicians regarding repair status and updates.
Inform customers about repair progress and expected delivery dates.
Ensure timely communication throughout the service lifecycle.
Billing & Documentation
Generate invoices and assist customers with billing procedures.
Follow up on pending payments when required.
Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
Update customer information in the service management system.
Customer Issue Resolution
Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Degree or Diploma.
Experience: 0–2 years.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Experience in customer service, electronics, or laptop/mobile service centers is an added advantage.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Excel, and Email.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask and remain patient while handling customers.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience)
