Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer sales and service functions. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, providing internal sales support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support over phone and email.
Handle customer sales inquiries and process orders in Hindi.
Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication.
Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high service standards.
Sales Coordination
Receive and process customer orders accurately.
Track customer leads through the sales pipeline.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Data Management
Enter and maintain customer and sales information in management systems.
Prepare and update sales reports and customer records.
Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Order Processing
Verify customer orders and purchase details.
Process orders according to customer lead-time requirements.
Monitor order progress and communicate updates to customers.
Required Skills
Previous experience in Customer Service is mandatory.
Proficiency in Hindi communication (spoken and written) is essential.
Good English communication and literacy skills.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
Excellent data entry accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer support, sales coordination, or order management.
Familiarity with CRM or order management systems is an advantage.
