Job Summary
We are seeking energetic, responsible, and customer-oriented Field Executives to manage collection-related activities. The role involves visiting customers in the field, collecting outstanding payments, maintaining professional customer relationships, and ensuring timely collections while adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers to collect outstanding payments as per the assigned schedule.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers during collection visits.
Explain payment dues and resolve basic customer queries related to collections.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts and achieve assigned collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, collections, and payment receipts.
Submit daily collection reports and update collection status to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with the internal operations and accounts teams regarding payment updates.
Follow company policies and ethical collection practices.
Safeguard company documents, receipts, and collected payments.
Travel within the assigned territory using a personal two-wheeler.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
Own two-wheeler.
Valid driving license.
Willingness to work extensively in the field.
Ability to interact professionally with customers.
Preferred Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and negotiation skills.
Time management and route planning abilities.
Basic documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet collection targets.
Hindi language proficiency is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
Allowances: ₹2,500 per month.
