Job Summary

Teleperformance is hiring International BPO Executives to provide high-quality customer support through voice and chat processes. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience while adhering to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via voice and chat.
Understand customer concerns and provide timely, accurate, and effective resolutions.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
Learn and adapt to new products, services, and process updates.
Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Graduation/12th qualification as per company process requirements.
Candidates willing to work from the office.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in International Voice/Chat Process or BPO is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support systems is a plus.
