Job Summary

AppsComp Widgets Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Support Executives for its night shift operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally through assigned communication channels.
Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
Communicate effectively with customers in English.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow company policies and customer support procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Immediate joiners who can join within 2 days are preferred.
Willingness to work fixed night shifts.
Work Conditions
Fixed night shift only (no flexible shifts).
Work From Office.
No transportation (cab) facility.
No Work From Home option.
