Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Account Lead to manage customer accounts and support supply chain operations within the aerospace industry. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely order execution, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts.
Manage customer inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Production, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor customer orders from receipt through delivery.
Ensure timely communication regarding shipment schedules, delays, and inventory availability.
Maintain accurate customer records and account documentation.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare customer service reports.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and aerospace industry quality standards.
Eligibility
Education: Any Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in:
