Position: Sales Executive
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team at Bangalore Airport – Terminal 2. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury products, who are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales by delivering an outstanding customer shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized service.
Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury watches and industry trends.
Effectively communicate product features, specifications, and brand value.
Support visual merchandising and ensure attractive product displays.
Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring.
Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Work closely with store management to implement sales strategies and improve business performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Proven experience in Retail Sales, Direct Sales, or Luxury Retail.
Experience in watch retail, jewelry, premium fashion, or other luxury products is preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Passion for luxury brands and premium customer experiences.
Results-driven with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
