Job Summary
The Job Factory is hiring Customer Support Executives for leading UK and US International Processes. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who possess excellent English communication skills and are looking to build a rewarding career in the international BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries from UK and US clients through voice or customer support channels.
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance to customers.
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and a customer-first approach.
Follow up with customers whenever additional information is required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Experienced candidates with BPO or Customer Support experience are preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Experienced Candidates: ₹23,000 – ₹36,000 take-home per month (based on experience and interview performance).
Five-Day Work Week.
