Eligibility Criteria
Graduates or Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Technical Support Process is mandatory.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to international customers via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot customer-reported technical issues.
Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the support system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams when required.
Meet service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company policies, security guidelines, and process standards.
Required Skills
Experience in International Technical Support.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Customer-focused approach with effective problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with support tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24×7 shift environment.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹60,000 take-home per month (based on experience and interview performance).
