Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for leading multinational BPO companies across Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice, email, or chat support (depending on the assigned process).
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems.
Adhere to quality standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and effective communication during all customer interactions.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in BPO, Customer Service, Voice Process, Chat Support, or Email Support is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts or night shifts (for international processes).
Immediate joiners are preferred.
