Hiring: Corporate Trainer – Structural Design

Location: Mylapore, Chennai
Experience: 5+ Years
Education: M.Tech in Structural Design or Equivalent

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer – Structural Design with a strong background in structural engineering and hands-on expertise in industry-leading structural design software. The ideal candidate will contribute to Digital Building Platform (DBP) software development, curriculum design, trainer enablement, and will work closely with the Structural Solutions Group (SSG).

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and enhancement of structural engineering software solutions for Digital Building Platforms (DBP).
Collaborate with the Structural Solutions Group (SSG), software developers, and design engineers.
Design and develop technical curriculum, learning content, and training modules.
Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
Enable and mentor trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery.
Translate structural engineering concepts into user-friendly software features.
Gather user feedback and drive continuous product and training improvements.
Ensure product features comply with relevant industry standards, structural design codes, and engineering best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
M.Tech in Structural Design or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Structural Engineering and/or Structural Software Development.
Hands-on expertise in:
STAAD Pro
ETABS
TEKLA Structures
SAP2000
SAFE
Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design methodologies, modeling practices, and applicable design codes.
Experience in curriculum development, technical content creation, or corporate training will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
