Design Engineer – Medical Device Manufacturing

Experience: Fresher – 2 Years
Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Design and draft medical device components using SolidWorks.
Participate in:
Product development
Prototype development
Design evaluation
Product transfer to manufacturing
Conduct product testing and prepare test reports.
Maintain Design History File (DHF) and Device Master Record (DMR) documentation.
Prepare engineering drawings and component specifications.
Introduce new materials, equipment, and technologies.
Coordinate project activities and meet project timelines.
Support innovation through invention disclosures and patent documentation.
Required Skills
Proficiency in SolidWorks:
Solid Modeling
Surface Modeling
Assembly Design
Flow Analysis
Simulation
Knowledge of:
DMR (Device Master Record)
DHF (Design History File)
Medical device quality and regulatory requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Client handling capability.
Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
Eligibility
